Project Overview
Insanity Group are aiming to collaborate with a trusted and experienced partner to help rebuild their group of websites.

Turning 25 in November 2022, Insanity see the next 12 months as a major opportunity to bring fresh perspective.
The current network of sites need to be consolidated under one solution to make the user journey easier and more intuitive.

There is also a desire to move away from the Recruitly system that currently powers the Insanity Group websites. Doing so, paves the way for a more streamlined back-office and the opportunity to utilise other functionality, such as eCommerce.


For Insanity, the objectives are clear. The new website must do the following:
  • Be easy to navigate and maintain existing URL & SEO structure
  • Maintain a monochrome palette with a new pastel accent palette
  • Be minimal, uncluttered and contemporary
  • Be talent-focused and display media activities on their dedicated pages
  • Celebrate the Insanity team and their achievements
  • Integrate social media activity
  • Consolidate group companies under one site (Loco, Orbit, Special Bookings, IXD, Records)
  • Have a new 'editorial' style aesthetic using sites like and as a benchmark
  • Incorporate an online store facility
  • Be powered by an easy to use and intuitive CMS  

Our Proposal

Creating simplicity from complexity is key to delivering a web presence that delights users. A beautiful, well-designed solution will fail if users find it difficult to find the information they need, fast.

At the outset, we suggest implementing a simple navigation structure to ensure visitors can get info quickly and without hassle. We would combine this with a simple and clear approach to the site design.
As part of the new development, we propose to create a completely custom solution - for both design and development. Having a bespoke design means you get exactly what you want, how you want it, and creates the right emotion and engagement for your target audience.

Custom development takes it to the next level by providing an efficient and easy to use administration area making management of the site easy.
Our Webflow solution allows Insanity to be agile and flexible in website management. Added functionality can be added to the when it is needed and launching new pages and campaigns become a breeze.

Your favourite marketing tools can also be integrated to work in harmony with your site. Calendar systems, analytics tracking, CRMs, forms, job boards. Just the tip of the iceberg.

And it will all be found in one coherent website instead of fragmented over multiple URLs. Win-win.

You may notice that there are no visuals to accompany this proposal. That's because we don't do them. It's our policy. Why? You may ask. Our work is built on our ability to work together with clients. It's a marriage of your knowledge and our expertise. Anything else is just speculative guesswork. It doesn't showcase our ability to interpret your vision.
