The Nephew Print Shop is our in-house garment and merchandise printing service, based at our studio in Vulcan Works, Northampton. We print t-shirts, hoodies, totes, aprons, tea towels, mugs and more, in short runs, to a standard we’re happy to put our name to. And if you want more than a logo on a tee, we’ll design the whole thing with you.
We’ve spent years designing brands. The moment a brand lands on something people actually wear, carry or drink from, it becomes real in a way a screen never quite manages. So we brought the printing in-house. Same studio, same team, same eye for detail, from the first sketch to the finished piece in your hands.

Everything is printed by us, in our own studio. No faceless print farm, no mystery supplier, no guessing who’s handling your order. You can pop in, see the work and collect it yourself if you’re local.
Quality first
Cheap blanks and tired prints do a brand no favours. We choose garments that feel good, wash well and last, and we check every print before it leaves the studio. If it wouldn’t go in our own wardrobe, it doesn’t go in your box.
Short runs welcome
You don’t need to order hundreds to get something good. Our printing setup is built for short runs, so you can order what you actually need: a team kit, an event batch, a test drop, or a handful of gifts. Want more later? We can reprint on demand.
Designers, not just printers
Most print shops print what you send them. We’re a branding and design studio first, so we’ll look at your artwork, tell you honestly how it will print, and tidy it up if it needs it. The result looks the way your brand is supposed to look.
What we print
Our core range covers the things brands, businesses and events use most:
- T-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts. Crisp, full-colour prints on quality t-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts, front, back or both. There’s a kids’ range too, with t-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts.
- Caps. Finish off a kit or a merch drop.
- Tote bags. Everyday carry for shops, events, launches and goody bags.
- Aprons and tea towels. Ideal for hospitality, food brands, cafés and makers.
- Mugs. For the office, the team or the merch table.
- Hi-vis vests. Practical, branded and very visible.

Bespoke apparel design
Some projects deserve more than a logo on the left chest. Our apparel design service is for brands, campaigns and events that want a piece people actually want to wear, keep and talk about. We design custom apparel for limited-edition drops, product launches, marketing campaigns, festivals and events, staff and crew kit, and promotional giveaways that don’t end up in a drawer.
We look after the whole piece, not just the print:
- Garment graphics. Original artwork, placements and colourways designed around your brand and the story you’re telling.
- Back of neck tapes and printed neck labels. The small finishing details that make a garment feel like a real product.
- Swing tags. Designed and printed to match, ready for retail or gifting.
- Packaging. Mailers, boxes, stickers and inserts, so the unboxing feels as considered as the garment.

- Tell us what you need. Order online through the Print Shop, or send us your idea, quantities and deadline.
- Artwork. Send your files, or let us design them. We’ll check everything is print-ready.
- Approve. You see and sign off a proof before anything is printed.
- Print. We print and quality-check every item in-house.
- Delivery or collection. We deliver, or you can collect from us at Vulcan Works in Northampton.

Where is the Nephew Print Shop?
We’re based at Vulcan Works in Northampton town centre. Everything is printed in-house at our studio, and you can choose delivery or collect your order in person.
Do you have a minimum order?
We’re set up for short runs, so you can order small quantities without committing to hundreds of pieces. Get in touch with your quantities and we’ll advise on the best option.
Can you design the artwork for me?
Yes. We’re a branding and design studio, so we can create artwork from scratch, adapt your existing brand assets, or design a full bespoke apparel collection, including neck tapes, swing tags and packaging.
Do you only print for Northampton businesses?
Not at all. We’re proud to print in Northampton, but we deliver across the UK.
