Evaluation

We carry out of general audit of your business or brand to understand what makes you, you. We take time to understand your: products, services, experience, competition, goals, audiences, culture, existing brand, pain points and strategy. Knowing where you are today allows us to better chart a course toward your desired future.

Brand Positioning

Positioning is the heart of a brand. It defines what a brand is, its benefits and competitive advantages, and what it means to the target market. In short, brand positioning establishes an emotional connection with your customers. It’s how you want your company to be perceived in their minds and among competitors.

Brand attributes are characteristics that describe the quintessential qualities of a brand. They reveal its personality, functionality, and physical traits through imagery, language, actions, and assumptions. We identify these attributes to inform your brand identity.

User Profiling & Journeys

To get people to talk about you, we need to understand what motivates them. Typically, your brand will appeal to a wide range of people, but focusing on targeted demographics, personas and habits can often yield better insights.
